All products — including those offered as one-time payment options and those that incur recurring or subscription payments (monthly, annual, or free trials) — are NON REFUNDABLE. Recurring charges are not refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, contact support at least 7 days before your renewal date.
The refund period begins from the purchase date. Physical materials must be returned. Digital products cannot be resold or redistributed. Using refunded products violates intellectual property laws.
Email with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line, specifying the product and purchase email address. Allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Except for intellectual property actions, disputes are resolved through arbitration under Arbitration Commission rules, with one arbitrator chosen by mutual agreement in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator applies Philippines law. Claims are individual and non-consolidated. Awards are final and binding, enforceable under the United Nations Convention. Filing contrary actions may result in attorney's fees up to $1,000.00.
The courts within Metro Manila, Philippines shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all legal proceedings that are not arbitrated.
This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the Philippines, excluding rules regarding conflicts of law. The UN Convention on International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
Personal data may be stored and processed on servers in the United States, Singapore, and the Philippines. Users outside these locations consent to the international transfer of personal data.
Invalid provisions are modified as necessary; unenforceability does not affect other provisions.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Acts of God, military authority, fires, riots, wars, embargoes, internet disruptions, hacker attacks, or communication failures.
